⏳ When is my credit card charged?
Your card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
🎟️ Can I use several discount codes in one order?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
📦 What do I do if I have missing items in my order?
If something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at contact@amzpony.shop and we’ll resolve it right away.
💱 Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
If your card is in another currency, your bank will convert the charge at the current daily exchange rate.
❌ How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
Any cancellation after payment authorization may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee (due to merchant processor fees).
Orders that are already processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.

🏠 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is processed or shipped.
👉 Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout.
We recommend using your residential address instead of a temporary or vacation address.
